This feathery light and fluffy MOUSSE SMART comes in two versions – illuminating and perfect matte;

The illuminating version is infused with microscopic light-catching pearls. It enhances beauty and adds a feminine touch. Shimmering particles provide instant light to the skin. Goes on smoothly for cushion-soft, water resistant wear. Unique formula allows product to be applied directly on bare skin, eyes and lips. Blends easily when layered over moisturizer. Use over makeup for highlights, touch-ups or under makeup to brighten and prime.
