Water-based formula of PEEL OFF Base is mild and safe for delicate nails and for those who often remove manicure.

Especially recommended for glitter varnish and other hard to remove, special effect nail polishes. PEEL OFF Base Coat should only be applied on clean nails.

For optimal effect – put on two coats of PEEL OFF Base Coat on bare nails prior to nail polish application.
